Without doubt they do. Bigger country, bigger population, more funding.
Although the last time UK and USA went toe to toe it took the French to save America from singing God save the Queen. Now 2 nukes would likely sink us from Brighton to Glasgow |

something I just remembered, I watched a TV show about a year ago, it was competition based between different millitary and civil armed units (USA) believe it or not out of all the entrants they had the best CQB team was the SWAT guys, they made even some of the SF guys look clumsy. Forgot the name of the show.
