New study shows that subliminal messeging does have an effect on the brains decisions

I find it intreasting that Subliminal advertising is still legal in the US.

I'm pretty sure that Infomercials use subliminal messages. It's like heroin for me, I just sit and watch, though I never have the urge to buy any of the stupid crap they're shilling.

I eat a lot of transfat and that blocks subliminal mind control rays.
Commercials get me angry and some are so idiotic that even if I wanted what they were selling, the commercial would make me buy a competitors product out of spite.
MacAfee and their pop-ups is a non TV example, I don't have many TV examples because I rarely watch TV since I DL'd .3 about a year ago.

Just make it funny or remembering. People like beer ads and remember them because of that. There are some ads that make me want to buy their product, and others which make me want to buy something else because the ad sucks. The main problem with ads is that they are either boring, have nothing to do with you, or they make no sense at all and you have no idea what the hell it was advertising.
