Not a new strategy but this soldier does rock. If I remember right, the Brits, in a vein attempt to quell Muslims, would bury their corpses in pig skin guaranteeing them a trip straight to hell.

They should just make a gun that fires slabs of pork. That way the terrorist will be badly injured and 'unclean'. I had a pork roll for lunch, some muslim ladies stared at me, so I stared back.
