I am kinda doubtful. Given how it looks like they more than once look at the camera man.

wasnt that battle in like 2001/02?
Anyway, its possible they are SAS men, they are definetly using British GPMGs, although thier M16 type rifles/carbines appear to be using XM177 style flash hiders. Infact, they're so short they may well be XM177s. I've heard about the British SF not liking the M16A2 rear sights, because apparently they quickly go out of allingment during rapid fire, but that was about them back during the Gulf war. I've never seen Diemaco rifles that short, so I reckon they're Colt Commandos of some kind. I cant tell for sure, but they do look like M16A1 style recivers. Mind you, that might just be my imagination... |

The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

Is the CIA guy they are talking about Johnny " Mike" Spann ?
This is from the beginning of the invasion in Afghanistan isn't it ? This is the same prison that Jihad Walker was caught in, isn't it ? |

Yeah i see were Bob is coming from i dunno though, I find it hard to believe that the SAS would use XM177s but they use whatever gets the job done i suppose.

"Bad skills from the bloke firing the GPMG from the hip and shoulder. Very inaccurate and unnecessarily exposing himself to enemy fire. You wouldn't catch a Paratrooper doing cowboy stuff like that." Funny how Joe Bloggs would say that about an SAS soldier don't you think? | |
