If you like horror movies...

Maybe you can help me figure this out.

I got the Hills Have Eyes remake unrated edition or whatever. And there are deleted scenes, but when my friend and I watched it we didn't noticed anything extra or anything. Can someone point out the scenes that were added in the dvd?

And feel free to turn this into a general horror movie thread after my question is answered if it gets answered

I swear half the time the unrated/special editions ectr. are just put out to sell dvd's after the sales have dropped off.

I LOVE horror movies, ususally the deleted scenes will be in another section from the movie its self (you need to go to Special Features or something).

Ive seen that film so many times!!!!!

That man is raw First he starts of as a puss..and then he just KILLS Em ALL!!! With a baseball bat and shotgun lol.

And the dog as well, screw beauty, its BEAST ALL THE WAY!

I recommend Hostel! that movie is sooo sick!

Doing Horror at film studies in College - so i bought myself Saw and Jaws. Yet to watch either, but I watched Se7en and its brilliant, albeit not really horror.

Saw "A Tale of Two Sisters" a Korean horror film, and that is brilliant.

That reminds me, there was this one Korean (?) film, where a woman gets an eye transplant (she was blind before), and the donor was a young woman who saw death and dead people, this passed onto the girl who received the new eye.

and she had to go on a hunt to locate the dead girl and finish her "undone" bizniz so she can go to heaven (and stop haunting her)

In the end they all die lol.

Anyone seen Pulse ? Great effects, but a bit puzzling

There's sometimes an option to enable the deleted scenes in the extra's, or you could be missing that extra 19ms they left on one scene.

Yea, its in the deleted scenes area, under extras. Not worth the extra money imo.

America was a tad late into the First World War. They redeemed themself's and came in slightly sooner in the Second. Now they seem determined to start the Third.

I got the hills have eyes for christmas. and there isn't a deleted scenes thing on my dvd though, i found out the scenes were already put in as i was watching it.

@darth
And I have Hostel on dvd, i love that movie as well. im surprised how good these two movies are, simply because in the past 3 or 4 years no horror movie out of the US has impressed me.

Also the movie you are talking about darth is called The Eye, and my god, that was one of the scariest movies I have seen! It's SO good. but please don't get the Eye 2, it's dissapointing, but it's not totally horrible. Also I'm not sure if you know, but the Eye is being remade for a US version, im not sure who's directing it or anything though.

have not seen pulse myself, but im not sure how interested in it i am.

@fullforce
I want to see that tale of two sisters movies. and yeah seven is an amazing movie, it's disturbing enough for me to put it in with the horror section. SAW is brillient in my mind, and if you like seven I think you'll like saw. And I've never seen Jaws. In fact I'm kind of bad about horror "classics" ive been seen a full friday the 13th movie or halloween movie. I really am not into slashers.

On a list of some of my favorite horror movies, I suggst these.

The Thing - 1982 movie with AMAZING special effects for it's time.
They Live! - 1988 movie with the most over done fight scene ever! Well that's not what makes the movie so great, it's simply a great movie

Of course the living dead movies as well.
