wow those guys are awsome.

After watching that video and comarping it to the FA-18 in PR...its just...i havent flown a F-18 irl so i dont know what its like but in PR the jets are going so dam slowly, in the video those jets look real fast with the motion blurness and etc, i think PR should have a motion blur on the jets when using the boosters.

and, the flight controls of those planes look awsome, they can do all thoughs manovuers, you would have to be a really good pilot to try and do what that F18 done (go upside down and fly nose down off the edge of a cliff!!!),

I think the jets need to be tweaked so they are sensitive to controls more, right now imho flying a jet is like flying a elephant with jet engines and wings.

but like i said i havent flown a jet irl so i wouldnt know, although realisitc games like LockOn:Modern AirCombat have really cool flight controls.

Yeah gotta agree there darth,

right now air combat and flight in PR need to be tweaked, although i love the 1 missile kill idea.

Only problem is that PR maps can never be big enough to properly simulate air combat, right now aside from a few tweaks with manoeverability, turn rate, damage effects on flight etc i dont think much can be done. Increasing speed would only make it worse , maps simply arnt large enough and the view distance prevents it from having any real impact.

To be honest, jet flight in pr will never be able to achieve a simulation of reality, and at the mo its close to being as good as its gonna get in pr.

And some servers dont play maps with jets i think Muttrah should get a jet

As for muttrah, i wholeheartedly agree. 1 hornet would make that map hamazing

Bit small dont you think...also its fairly enclosed, FF would be unavoidable and that lack of vehicles would make the F18 a bit usless since it has barely any anti-personell capabilities.

Ever heard of the cannon? Or bombing enclosed positions?
I usually get the most kills from that cannon, its amazing if used properly.

I dont seriously mean adding it, it would just be fun to try it out

haha so says you! When me and duke fly those bombs might as well be laser-guided

But I have talked with eggman in the past and he says PR will start shifting their attention to vehicles soon, and I will make sure planes get the love they need.
