Quite... because, as we all know, [SARCASM] it's the *lefties* that are closet pedophiles[/SARCASM].

Anyway, as far as this 'War on Christmas' goes it is incredible to me that people who believe this think that it's the people saying 'Happy Holidays' to them instead of 'Merry Christmas' are the ones waging the war. I'd say it's the fact that the Christmas season has gotten so long it replaces thoughts of spending time with your family with having to kidney punch other shoppers to get that tickle me elmo doll. | |

^^^ But I like that tickle me Elmo doll... He's so cute and.... Never mind I'll stop talking. ^^^
Nice nativity scene, it shows the "true joy" of Christmas! |
![]() [KTA] is currently recruiting! Steven Colbert, when asked on his show what his Iq was replied with a very straight-forward answer, it was, " I know what my IQ is, I got an A, 95!"

Well, there are 2 sides to the argument and the nativity scene is only "offensive" if you are a protelityzing athiest.
The happy holiday's greeting is part of the war on Christmas, albeit a small one. If you want to respect other religions and traditions, muzzling the predominant religion in this country is a funny way of showing tolerance and respect. It would be better to learn a few things about others religions and their high holy days so we can all enjoy the different flavors they bring to the season. It is the winter solstice and I think it more than coincidence that so many celebrate about the same time of year. A reminder: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. |

I say happy christmas and merry new year just to see if they are paying attention.
Another cute one in a crowd is to bump people and say" Excuse you, thank me", about half the time, they will say thank you. |
