Best special forces

Well as we were getting our Task force Afghanistan 1-08 briefing i got to speak with some vets that have already been to Afghanistan and they have worked with the best of the special forces out there...They were not very impressed with Canadas JTF2, werent impressed with the Marines or the Seals. However when the time came to work with the SAS, they were blown out of the water in how good they are in all aspects, they knew their shit, smart in every area. Was glad to hear this. Cant wait till i go and hopefully have a chance to work with some British folk. cheers

ummmmmm, I thought women weren't allowed into combat?

But I dunno, could be some support units in the SAS but I'm still doubtful. Sure she isn't intel/comms or something?

No Eddie, She's RIGHT IN THERE !!! i think theres 3 women in the SAS, 1 confirmed (i read it a month ago in the newspaper) and other 2 was going through the "Trials"

I think its sad that they didnt let the 2 women finish their stuff....I already know women will take over our jobs in the Army...

She may be in the SAS, but I doubt its anyhting much more than Admin work. Same with the Marines. They don't allow women, but one got in and is a nurse or something like that. Not sure what exactly.

I'm not sure if the rule for combat applies for the SAS - perhaps she works on the front just like normal. Dunno.

Obviously i'm biased in saying SAS. But they are the best in the world. Also, RM Commandos and Paras. (Although Paras aren't strictly SF, they are awesome. over 60% of all entrants into SAS are paras, plus I <3 paras because 2 and 3 para are in the city i go to college to and they're everywhere lol.)

Oh god I realised once again why I hate the Sun so much. Lets randomly BOLD and CAPITALISE random words and look really retarded. Also the picture of the SAS Cap Badge with a bra on is just retarded and stupid.

That womans from ultimate force ffs, yknow that really really poor action man tv show that ross kemp made a joke about on extras "super army soldiers"

Also the woman who "got in the marines" did not do the course all in one, she bascailly was hospitalised after each event, and then went back and did the challenges after recovering, defeating the purpose of the commando course.
So yes she passed all the tests, but did not do the continuously like everyone else. No point at all if you ask me.

Also wrt "who da best"

-its against forum rules ( no .vs threads)
-If it gets a chance at life it will be locked after 3/5 pages for becoming a flame war, but we are getting slightly better at these things..

	[RGG] - Pte.Phillips - www.rggsquad.co.uk - Arma ftw Really Gay Guy America was a tad late into the First World War. They redeemed themself's and came in slightly sooner in the Second. Now they seem determined to start the Third.
