Venus Transit 2012
So from June 5 to June 6 Venus will be crossing in front of the sun, this happens in pairs at intervals of over 100 years.
If you didn't catch the 2004 transit then this is a once in a lifetime experience, the next time this will happen is 2117. More information:

Every second something happens in the solar system that ONLY happens once every thousand years. There will be something else tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after that, and so on and so on.
