The mod has been out for 4,5 months now, and have released 8 patches by now, as well as having organized a tournament and a shoutcast competition. So yes, it is out before CoH2..

The ROA guys are the 3 frozen german guys. Also they wear flight caps because they didn't had proper supply, hence, a big reason how the Russians won this war maybe?

Exactly!!! As we all know, after first winter the whole Nazi army on Eastern front was terminated by frost and Soviets entered Berlin in spring 1942 without any resistance.

As for story with ROA guys, link to RLA article on wikipedia was already given and to make story short, it were troops consisted of collaborators and some POWs captured by Nazis.

Theres plentiful of RTSs that feature the Russian front (Men of War, Blitzkrieg, Sudden Strike...to name a few)

About time someone made a good rts based on the Russian front.

Well, I guess most if not all German troops on the east front were decent soldiers, so they probably needed them as the militia soldiers (like the volks in coh) for gameplay.

Yeah sorry, I installed it, really nice mod, so far my only disapointment was US tanks being limited to 1 but everything else seems amazing so far.
