You may notice how 'A Bottle' has an article. However, that article is 'One', so while it does say 'A Bottle', it also says 'One Bottle'. And the only way to tell the difference is by context.

Kan jag fa en flaska tack? = Could I have a bottle please?

The only difference is a slight emphasis on 'en' when it's spoken, which turns it into 'One Bottle' instead of 'A Bottle'.
In the example they have Nom and Akk for Nominative and Accusative case, but we don't use that. That is decided by the word order in Swedish.

Also we have like a thousand exceptions to everything. It's a pain in the ass to learn all of them when you're a kid.

And the fact that the vocals are pronounced weird as hell o.O
