Camera is handy in front of the law I think, so you can prove your claims of being beaten down by a red neck. Also it might be some insurance related thing. Melee weapon is required because most of the russian people are unsivilized, violent and mostly drunk. When you add those things together, I'd have my car filled with dash cams to every singe direction.

Hmm, you seriously think that 90% of these accidents are indeed accidents? Heard of insurance scams? People do all sorts of things to get the easy money. Thats why insurance companies issued these dash cams.

Thats a clean example of scam attempt. Luckily cam got it, so you wont work next six months to payoff the damage and court fines.

Im not sure are you a driver? Ever been close to the accident scene or happened to you? You dont sit in your car and scream at each other, but you get out to see the damage done, and talk to the guy and see if you can settle it without calling police. Some people have short fuse, so they start yelling and saying things that might be just too much at the moment. Thats when shit happens. Never happened to me, but Ive seen it. Not common indeed.
