Windows 7 added DirectX11 without the need for Windows Vista, which sucks.
Why should I be interested in Windows 8? How is it better than what I already have?

I think the whole selling point here is that it looks like a mobile phone. Having all the important stuff on one screen and all that jazz.

For me i am not impressed, it seriously looks like the OS7 from Windows Phones, and it might be - and no matter how "awesome" this might be i cant get it out of my head. I bet the VoIP icon will look like the handset icons

I mean look at it, it looks like the xbox 360 dashboard got the nokia windows 7 phone pregnant and this was the mutant offspring.

yeah i dunno what he's on about. i wanna see someone demoing it with a mouse, because all new features seem touch centered.

edit: found a herpaderp desktop guy demonstrating some useless stuff in 8. seriously, is this all they have?
