i actually watched almost all episodes of this. combat and mood was nice, but the character portraits were bland and it was zzz as soon as they stopped fighting.

very overrated imo. have like the final episode left.

For another POV having seen pretty much all ww2 movies , Band of brothers was and is the best WW2 movie/and or series ive ever seen. Cant recommend it enough.

I could watch Fight Club any day of the week.

The Final Countdown, which is about the USS Nimitz getting sucked back in time to December 6th, 1941..

And also, October Sky, about the 'rocket boys' of a mining town in West Virginia.

It also has probably one of my favorite movie soundtracks of all time.
