here were i life, we have a good tab water from the mountains and the lake, the water we have from the lake is in drinking water quality, i have to say in Switzerland i never did have bad tab water, Spain and Italy are a other case, but i think this is normal if you near the sea...

When I first moved up here and commuted back and forth I used to bottle a bunch of water and bring back with me because it was so awesome. Brofist for awesome Scandinavian water.

We did a survey in highschool.
Tap water, Dasani (Coca-Cola Bottles water), Smart Water, Aquifina and tap with Filter. Tap with Filter won. |

The tap water here in NY is supposedly very clean but it taste like garbage. Filtered water is ftw.

Stockholm water is nice and clean. Tastes like heaven. I've heard good things about Partille water though.
I worked for SGU (Sweden's Geological Survey, our counterpart to USGS) two summers with handling groundwater data. Mostly with marking out private wells with too high salt concentration based on reports from the well driller. There are some places with problems with salt, mostly along the coast but here and there too. About 15% uses a private well everyday in Sweden, and another 15% uses it from time to time (summer retreat or such). Bacteria in the water (often due to too hot water at the tapping) happens from time to time, sometimes with chloride resistant bacteria. In Stockholm however, the water tastes very nice! |

water where i live tastes amazing, but the water i have up in liverpool is pretty meh and i can barely stand it and i drink lots of tap water its my main drink
