Hey have you heard of this mod? It's for World In Conflict

It focus on Realism, and cover alot of the military hardware Project reality dosen't

MLRS and the advanced computing network between multiple of them
Basilistic missiles
Cruise Missiles
Surface to Air Missile Systems
(as PAC-2, PAC-3)

I have no idea how much of this will be hardcoded in the bf2 engine, but still it would be so cool to have it in

Yeah it is a good mod, but my god it can be difficult sometimes Heavy tank being destroyed by one single AT rocket from a regular inf squad. but the mod to have much more intense fighting

The PAC-2/PAC-3 and S-400 systems in this mod are amazing. It's kind of unfair on any player with air tbh.

I dig the Wake Island map, very well done, rest are so-so, that urban night map lags the hell out of my PC even though I can run WiC fine on high settings.

The effect and explosions are neat to watch, but units are each more overpowered than the other IMO and the only thing that holds it from becoming a total spamfest is long reload times (in WiC terms) and ridiculous minimum/maximum ranges for WiC's small maps.

Doesn't look like they have any 3D artists, for example the BTR-90 is actually just a code copy of BTR-80 and uses the 'car' icon in the reinforcements list to differentiate it from the BTR-80. At least they could Photoshop the existing APC icon or something.

The mod is like solely based on tearing a new asshole for Air players, it almost exlusively focuses on making some sort of AA sim.

APC spam
heavy AA is completely OP
Tracerfire looks like lazers rather than tracers

but I do love alot of it, the models etc are lovely
and the infantry squad differentiation is much more intuitive, and the Javelin is awesome :P

This mod is all about the big AA system and the heli, it's full of bugs. The view distance is scrwed too. I would play "No hope mod" if I was you, it's way more awesome.

	saXoni on General Stupidity : According to XXXXXXXX's title their server is for skilled people only, so this doesn't make any sense. Are you sure you were playing on XXXXXXXX?
