Al Basrah Province SP tweaks

With a little copy and pasting i got this to work, it works really well and is truer to pr gameplay

Lots of people have played around with their files. If you want to share go for it but please do it privately. There have been some interesting changes including kits and vehicles from some of the other community factions.

Remember if you change any files only people with the same files will be able to play coop with you.
