I've seen that happen a lot with the Huey. Poor pilots. They really got hash for it.

nothing, the rotors are not turning fast enough to produce any kind of motion i dont think.
This is a feature to let u know u didnt wait long enough. Dont ask, just wait a lil bit longer.

The effects of landing in a heli can be weird, I call it sticky like its quicksand or something . Try to be absolute in your movement up or down, this is why taking off with an engine at 50% is usually bad news
