I would assume it'd be the insurgents with the civis because Fallujah, like Basrah is a city in Iraq. Also the Army WAS in Fallujah, it's just that 3/1 india co got a lot of the attention.

moehahaha my Chinook still makes my small like a kid that got a big lego box for his B-day

Hmm that makes sense I suppose because the people in Fallujah were all essentially bad guys. They won't be wearing the eastern european garb though will they? I'd hate to see everyone with sweaters and winter caps in the desert ;D
