Turn 360 degrees and walk away is what you should do tbh.

Qwan river eh?
I'm actually interested in what you mean by the trees disappearing, do you mean at range, what areas specifically on what maps? Whats your graphics card/drivers? Can you get some screenshots of this occurring? |

Re: What I hate in PR 7.5
I'd hate PR 7.5 at this moment too.
I happen to like PR .75 though. Many people have already addressed, and given the correct answers to, all your questions in the original post |

It looks to me like your graphics are on UBER low so i think thats a problem that has a lot to do with your crappy PC(no offense).

That's your draw distance. As you moved backward, the trees disappeared.

Re: What I hate in PR 7.5
I think all the devs have absorbed a huge amount of moaning and groaning about thousands of issues, and deserve a pat on the back for dealing with all the issues. i mean, it takes a phenomenal amount of work to map(which i only recently began to fathom), and it looks like only three people at most are actually doing that, which means they are supermen.
I mean...think about it, did anyone congradulate the mappers on building the multistory carpark on al basra? NO! How about congradulating the forum admins on protecting the website from the frequent hack attempts! NO! What about all the community modders who busted their butts to build new ideas and consepts and are still doing it right now? of course not, because you just came off the game unsatisfied that you couldnt headshot sombody from the hip from accross the other side of a 4km map! And how about some glory for Noel Tock who came up with the mod, come on, a clap, a nod, a whistle, just give him somthing! *gives Noel a hug, but not in a weird way* Granted, the bugs and kinks havnt been worked out. sometimes i wonder why new content is being added when bugs havnt been fixed (not a subtle sarcastic jest btw, im just being blatantly obvious and speaking my mind here.) and there is a shopping list of gameplay things that need to be tweaked to perfection. all we can to is pray to god that he gives all the developers insperation at the right times to keep this ship afloat and hopfully turn it from an ocean-liner to the startrek enterprise |
