Anyway we are not trying to say .5 was better or anything like that, but it was @#$#@@$# fun as hell and sometimes its nice to take a step back once in a while. It also shows some of the newer players how far the mod has come in the past year.


We will prob. run the server 16 vs 16 in .5 (64) was crazy for maps like(mao valley x 64 people = crazy)
We just thought it might be fun to run a night or two of it. IMO .5 was and still is a great PR release. I'm thinking of running the following maps.

Airport
Mao
albasrah AAS
inishail forest
operation phoenix
muttrah city
albasrah extract

Any other requests? steel? greasy? helmand? Compton?

oooh inishail, put in greasy and steel for sure, maybe the other ones but one we played not too long ago and compton was alright map.

Definitely Helmand. IMO was a great map in .5

Make sure you name the folder for .5 "pr05" or you won't be able to connect to the server. We've got a small 16 player fool around server running ATM. Next week we'll put up a 32 man on our ded. box
