By the way, by now means do I want to divert attention away from the PR Training Team! What they are doing is admirable and I am considering joining them as an instructor.

However, Adopt A Newbie is supposed to generally improve the PR community's behaviour towards newbies. All your points are valid - and as I said, newbies should first read the manual. But if they still have questions, and we all know they will, they should not be shat upon by the über1337 PR pr0s

Adopt A Newbie is supposed to be an everyday thing, an overall effort to adopt one or two newbies at a time and teach them as you play.

I realised that the 'Adopt a Newbie Program' is for newbies who hop onto multiplayer and learn from experience.

No! No! No! No!

Do NOT direct players of a n00bish persuasion (and by that I mean deliberate TKing, swearing at people for taking kits they wanted, hurling abuse at others because they crashed a chopper or got blown up in a tank legitimately etc etc etc) towards the PR training team!

We're going to have a lovely time working with new players and those existing players who want to pick up more skills under their belts - we don't want those grotty unwashed types coming along!

(Hence the code of conduct/behaviour guidelines for both instructors and trainees - violators will be fed to the forums pet trolls )

The most popular PR server in the UK - [T&T] Tactics and Teamwork
- NOW running a second server - Server 1: Mixed Mode / Server: 2 INS Only!

I realised that I made a HUGE mistake.
Don't direct the annoying/tking/sniper l33t etc. noobs to the Training Team.

Did I mention noobs? No I did not! Noobs are to be executed on sight, and will be kicked immediately.

Newbies on the other hand are the type who attend PR Training by you guys, and get more lessons ingame by me and others on public servers every day.
