Im not seeing the problem Okita (because my graphics aren't high so the picture looks good to me), perhaps circling the portion of the gun would be helpful.

Here... look for the 1, 2, and 3 ![]() 1. the sight ring (im not in the military, nor do i know exact terms...just let me help..k?) is showing through the side of the...sight rail.. 2. the area just under the wind deviation calculating dealy is also wavy, perhaps even a better example than 1. see how the two pieces' connection is wavy? should be straight across. 3. where you pull the...cocker(tee hee) back, its also wavy. that should be relatively straight... or, curved since that piece is a bit curved...kinda... anyway, funny names aside, thats whats "wrong" in the pic. Lemme find a normal m16 in game for reference... here: ![]() just refer to the same marked locations as in the above pic and it should be a bit more obvious. i only get this on Kashan(as far as ive noticed) Its not limited to weapons either. BH's have done it, tanks, etc.... all connecting points are glitchy... Here's the BH on Kashan from tank commander view: ![]() I shouldnt have to point out the glitches graphically, but just look for wavy areas(below and right of minigun and up near rotor), or areas that arent smooth. I always figured it was because PR was pushing BF2 to its limits... it does it on cold start too. shouldnt be overheating. (dual 2.8 Ghz, x1900GT 256Mb, AND a new cooling fan for the card (runs at like 50-60 when playing PR)) | |

theres a pretty bad one ont hat button looking thing on the m16. look at number 2, then go left like 2 inches.
hopefully the m16a4 model will be all nice n stuff. if not...well, is it DICE or is it not hardcoded? |

im still just assuming that its just from the game being pushed far... and maybe a personal computer problem... like, only on large maps and if your settings are turned up past your computer efficient level... i mean, i still get like 50 fps on kashan... but maybe just due to the fact that its running so much (even though its running smoothly) it messes up on the models and textures?..
i really dont know much about this stuff... just me typing, really... |

This isue i think is something to do with the lighting being on high, once i turned it down there was no problem. I used to also get problems with shadows flickering, this is some thing to do with the vnew view distances, I turned my lightin down or off can't remember which but now i dont have any of these issues.
