Talking using a M24 SWS? :D

The M24 is a highly accurate bolt-action rifle, capable of engaging targets at ranges over 800m. It is effective in almost all types of open environments.
today i first used M24 SWS in EJOD Desert and i couldn't hit a shit with that rifle, wtf?

i fired about ~30bullets at targets around ~1000m and missed ALL! like M14 shots perfectly and shooting with M24 is totaly lame. i thought maybe that is cuz a bullet drop, wind or something.

so i wanted to no how to aim with what stupid m24? some screenshots would be just great or maybe there is some guide movies on youtube..

Bullet drop indeed. You have to aim above the target, mate.

Yea like KP says...you gotta aim above the target depending on the distance it is from you.

Any pictures/diagrams wont help. Just takes time and practice. Althought in saying that im probably not the best person in the world to be giving advice on the sniper rifle - I think ive used it twice on PR. But personally speaking after using the DMR for a while, you'll get a feel for how much to raise your sights by depending on the distance to your enemy.

It aint a railgun. All weapons have bullet drop, get used to it.

Ejod doesn't have 1000m view distance so your just BSing.

ok, that was 400m +-50m

Then i aimed to the head from ~400m and i didnt even hit a leg, so i thought wtf is with that rifle...

i don't think so, cuz bullet drop depends on gravitation constant, that is ~10m/s^2, so it's pretty easy to count a bullet drop, it would make a nice diagram f(distance to target)=drop
v=s/t; a=v/t => a=s/t^2 => a=g, so s=a*t^2 there s-drop; t-time; v-speed; a=g-acceleration. but this model counts only gravitation, but there is still centrifugal force and etc. to sum up. i guess there is a nice diagram of M24 bullet drop but i'm not a sniper in real life, so i dont know how to aim correctly with that M24
