You sure you've set up your router/firewall etc correctly? It took me like a whole day to get BitTorrent to work properly for me. Constatly poking around in my router settings till I got more than 6Kbp/s

i think so, My speeds jump to 150kB/s at midnight and then up to max at 1am.

This happens with all torrents all the time so im guessing its throttling.

how do you change the upload rate using bittorent?

I'm seeding it @ 5.2 MB/s atm. Yet I still have about quadruple that to spare.

REMEMBER TO SEEEEEED after you've finished downloading! I can't stress that enough! Thanks!

My download speed is oscillating between 100kb/s and 800kb/s.

Also, 100kb/s does equal about 12kB/s, so make sure you are using the correct units.
