Command outpost in .6

Ok, so i searched a bit and all i could find was that the command post might bleed points after it's repaired but here's what i don't get:

Does it stand for a limited time? Since always after i build it it starts loosing it's health points and self destructs. Or is it a bug? It always happens. I am not sure where to post this since i do not know if it's a bug or is it meant to be so?

Quick question, this just popped into my head and haven't actually tested it.
Do you know if the engineer truck repairs it? If so this could be a cheap way to get one down with no help.

No, it needs to be built, not repaired.

Well the way it's built is by repairing it. When it's not a full health it slowly loses health. Hence why it blows up if not repaired ("Built")

Hm.. Didn't notice that you need engineers for those (must have overlooked while reading the guide, just saw that it can't be destroyed only wrecked). Thank you.
