Regardless of how green he is to combat, the fact still remains: bullets he shoots can still kill people and his grenades will still explode. If you were new to combat you wouldn't know what to do either.
He does appear to be good at firing his rifle standing, just needs to work on the running around like an idiot bit. Of course the whole video could just be something someone made for fun. |

 He was probably the guy they had running errands and they decided it would be a good joke to give him a gun and film him, hehe. I can just see him getting all excited as they talk it up.  |
