Exactly. How the fuck would anyone know to search for ABR? Hell, I don't even know what ABR is and I have been playing the last 3 releases of this fine mod.

well, thanks for the quick reply, now for the ranking stuff everyone understands it´s not so much for the thrill of RAMBLAMBLAM RAMBLAMBLAM YOU ARE SO GOOD YOU DESERVE A TRUCKLOAD OF MEDALS but it does make sense up to a point, when choosing your squad

cuz a high ranked suqadleader means he has at least some experience of the game and knows the map, approach route, typical flanking routes, good spots for rally points etc..

just earlier this morning i had to teach my whole squad that we couldn´t cap this flag (me the newby) squad of six, no kit, no objectif, no rally point, almost no VOIP, just a pile of misery

so for that, well, don´t throw away the ranking system, it makes sense
