Helo Question

I have noticed with the Z-8 and WZ11 that if you take to much damage that your tail rotor cease to function. And you either a) crash or b) make it back with out your tail rotor.

(tail rotor) I have not noticed this ever being a problem with the MH6 LB or MH60 BH. Is this just not implemented for them yet? If they are it needs toned up a bit because i don't notice it. And for the Z-8 and Wz11 i do significantly.

I thought this was supposed to be for all helos. Has it just not been implemented for the U.S.?

Also that (z-8 and wz11) seem to glide across the air when manuevering. Is this just how they handle? The MH6 LB and MH60 BH seem to not have this problem. If this is a problem.

The tail rotor is my main concern seeing as it is a pretty big imbalance because a damaged BH or LB can make it back to base quite easy where its counterparts will crash

I searched this could not find anything.

I've had it happen to me on both the LB and BH. I'm pretty sure its implemented or my joystick wasn't functioning properly all of a sudden.

You can test it on a LAN server, just get a grenade launcher, shoot the chopper's tail rotor, get the pilot kit and see what happens. I found out about this after accidentally hitting my tail rotor against a tree while practicing in a LAN server.

Happens in the LB as well. Quite a nasty loss of controls. You know, back in the day, there were rumors of the BH going into a full uncontrolable spin once it took too much dmg. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

*drools*

I sure hope so. That should be for all ships using a tail rotor (which is all helos in this game).
