Suspect tactic on Devfile

Didn't know if I should post this or not as it is related to cheating, but I don't know if this is something that should be reported to the Devfile server admins or is it a loop-hole that is impossible to close. And, am I just being a snitch if I report this?

Here's the rundown: I was playing in a squad in Devfile the other night as Insurgent. A squad member mentions that he can get us the USMC anti-air weapon. SL is inquiring how this is possible, and the guy says "You just need a buddy on the other team to help you".

Anyway, sure enough, 5 minutes later the guy has a USMC anti-air kit and is knocking the heck out of the A-10's and Cobra's.

Is this something that server admins want to hear about? OR is it something that cannot really be enforced anyway, so no point reporting....

He, (the guy who got it), claimed it to be more effective, and comes with more ammunition than the 2 rounds that the Insurgent pick-up kit provides.

I'm not really sure because I haven't played either kit very much.

I managed to get my hands on one and yes, it is a hell of a lot more effective. Making 90 degree turns and crap, took out a bunch of airpower. The guy he is talking about is probably Snyper Jesus (aka *TA* Snyp3r Jesus) I've been trying to get this guy banned for a week now. He is actually doing it right now, a guy on USMC was complaining about him doing that.

Hey, I was the squad leader in that story Yay I'm famous hehe
But to be fair though we hit a bunch of stuff but never managed to bring one down, so basically the kit just served to annoy them.

But really who cares about the AA kit. If he was stealing something they needed like the sniper kit or marksmen that might be a problem... (and I probably would have turned down his offer to get it)

I think thats one that is damn near impossible to enforce, but If you ever get the chance you should.
I mean at least a warn/kick...

I GUESS you could justify it as "having an inside man" , but its just exploiting things if you ask me.
(Though didn't the dev's to this to make the M95 squad )
