Can I delete my old installs of PR with new patch?

Will I be able to uninstall all the old patches for this game back to battlefield 2 patch, or do they have to remain to play the game?

hi,

it is indeed recomended to delete all earlier pr version before installing the new one. the new version is a full installer again and not just a patch.

The new installer will automatically delete the Mods/PR folder, and replace it with the new one.
No need to delete or uninstall the current PR.

Source: Saw a DEV saying it in the same kinda thread.

I thought it was still worthwhile deleting the BF2 Cache after loading?
