Just watch this and I bet you will say, "wow, these guys aren't very bright, and pretty disorganized"

You don't really even understand the war or what an Insurgency really is, by essence it is DISORGANIZATION.

You should stop posting this sort of stuff before the higher-ups stop you themselves. Disorganization involves lack of command structure, lack of logistics and lack of personnel training. All of which the Taliban do have.

They have a command structure and all that jazz operating in provinces all over Afghanistan. They have logistical chains than span as far as Romania, as Romanian AK's have been found in weapons caches before (mostly the AK's with the wooden foregrip) and artillery shells from Iran (from what I've heard, cannot 100% confirm that).

As for training, there are books and magazines distributed over Afghanistan teaching how to use RPG's, develop IED's from common household products (including Ammonium Nitrate, a common fertilizer that was only banned at the dawn of the year) and load, unload, operate, field-strip, and clean every AK from the Soviet Union to China. If anyone has seen that doco with the guy embedded with a Pakistani unit on the boarder then you will know what I mean.

....Which further demonstrates command in the Taliban, a book of rules if you will.

If a local of foreign enemy is captured, they should be taken to the provincial authority immediately. The provincial authority will make a decision on what to do with the captured enemy.

Its quite an ingenious system for an insurgency really, they have the local/state/federal leaders decide on what is to be done with captured personnel and assets, to avoid unrest between the 'grunts' per se, for example a captured Humvee would be the decision of a higher-up instead of the Taliban who captured it.

Hypothetically, if I was a supporter/sympathizer of the Insurgency in Afghanistan and Iraq, what would you say?
