Default Adapting to the new rally system

I know the beta for the new rally system has been out for awhile but I am just curious on how you as a player, commander, or squad leader are going to cope with the new rally system considering the fact that it goes away after 60 seconds.

Don't rely on your rally, Value your 'life' in game, Don't be wreckless, Defend FOB's.

Simples.

I played on one of the servers that ran the beta. I must say it was great! It was Operation Archer and as the us team my squad and I got transported close to a possible cache location and the heli droped a crate, the second heli dropped it's crate there as well so we built a fire base real quick. Then we took out their hideout and searched the area, found the cache and left with a helicopter. Fast and swift.

It probably was one of my best ISN rounds I've ever played. Even though we lost with 0 - 10.

I only used the rallypoint twice to spawn in some squad members who died out of range for our medic. I think that's exactly what the devs are going for, and for me... it works perfectly!

As a player I adapt by caring about my life alot more
As a squad leader, I remain close to other squads of my team, and also try to let armoured and logistical support stay with us
As a commander, I order my team to remain close and move in either a giant formation or in 2 smaller formations. (i.e. each squad within 100m of eachother, with an armour piece between, and logistics behind if possible)

but basically, stay with team, have FB materials on hand, have fire support on hand

or its a long walk boyo.

+1

FOBs will play key role to the victory with the new rally system. First I hated it but with proper thinking in time I think it would create solid tactics. (As long as you have a proper team!)

You simply play as if you don't have a rally. Yuor could die also so you can never count on it. RP's are most used now to let players that just joined the squad join in.

some servers are running the gameplay changes already, play TG till friday to get use to it. players who have been playing these servers for weeks will have no problem adapting.

Also it works, its a very good change.
