Knowing PR Parachuting is unlikely to be as simple as in VBF, I am not going anywhere near a parachute until the technique is known. I sense multiple Geronimo ... splat ... medic ... scenarios. Unlikely to be revivable after a splat I bet, but time will tell. I read about a DoD in the convoy corner so hopefully I can spawn there to be boring.

Read all the pertinent threads I seem to remember a film with the rear of an aircraft in it.

You select the para spawn, and press "9" for your chute to deploy when spawned.

Plane had issues and got removed btw.

Thank you Rangu, there will be many other people parachuting (wow paratroops 1337 etc etc), so if the guy above you opens his chute later than you, or does not respect a little jump spacing, or lands on you when landing hmmm I will watch with interest the early jumpers nonetheless.

I am the most slow boring PR SL on server if anyone with the misfortune to be in my squad will testify.

It is not a plane.
It is a simple moving spawn in the air which will be there all the time and switch its locations automatically.

That would be painful if someone afks but forgot to deselect their spawn.

I for one will be waiting for a FB, I lag painfully for at least a minute of my first spawn. I do however wonder how they have resolved the jump spacing issue that caused so many 'bouncers' on the Airfeild map, because of someone skydiving into the top of your chute. Man, it used to litteraly rain brits for the first 10 minutes on that map.

The parachute spawn is always moving.

@Danke: XD nice, hope you dont mind me usin that for my sig

awesome i can do my 1337 spec force para drops now! <--lol screw that, stealthy drops are for wimps, jump in guns blazing!

Anything can be a weapon, anyone can be a threat. Never under estimate the combat ability of your opposition. He may seem weak and harmless now but even a dead man can carry a few pounds of explosives in his gut or deliver a decisive blow by rotting away in your water supply.
