Fly low and top speed.

Also, drop flares like it's the fourth of July.

The best tip i can give you is this. " Fly Low and Fly fast"

Another good tip is this. Dont fly your flight path by what your passengers are telling you. If they request a location that is really far from the current objective on the map. Do not fly it. Ive seen people request flags that are uncappable and all the MEC defenses are already built up around it. So the pilot flys in there to drop them and dies instantly.

So only fly locations around the map where it is secured by friendly forces , that is if you want to live for a long time.

I live by this rule when it comes to flying so take it from me , i know what im talking about.
Funny!

Another thing i thought about.

Dont use the helicopter parking techniuqe that bored noobs use when they have no missions to fly.

This means dont stay on the ground longer than 3 seconds when picking up or dropping off. If one of your passengers doesnt get off . Do not wait around until he does so. This has happened many times to me. They will either bail out to late and fall to there death. Or they will not get out at all.

Your drops and pick ups should be cordinated and they should be no longer that 3 to 5 seconds on the ground and should never be at random.

The best flyers are basically the people that follow all the basic rules of flight combat and who can prioritise what they want to kill first (especially on Kashan, I always go for jets/other helicopters first). Then adapt your movement to your target, so if your taking out a helicopter, fly higher than he will so you can target him easier. Also for jets the same, so you can see him better. Also make sure you have a competent gunner if you want to be really good with an attack helicopter (one that can target whilst flying fast and not just hovering.... and one that knows that what lasers do).
