More area attacks and more useful logistical support is what the commander needs to be a valid option again. Intel gathering in PR really doesn't work as well as in real life and does not seriously improve your average team's chances.
I understand, the devs are worried about vanilla-esque artillery spam. But so far every release has had far too little in the way of fire support, would it not be prudent to put a load more in and see if that works any better? The worst you do is push the balance the other way, and it should be pretty easily adjustable in future patches. |
