Default What's the .Net Framework 3.5 important for anyway?

I can't install this mod because of .Net Framework 3.5, and I am severly disappointed.

3.5 Won't install, and it never will, not even turning my firewall off does the trick.

So why does this mod need it?

In my opinion, a version that doesn't need any Framework's re-installed would be a bonus.
That osprey...looks sweet. But I can't get into this game.

ModJive doesn't work, by the way. It's been taken down. It doesn't start up anymore

look for how to uninstall all previous framework versions on google before you install a new. i had problems with the framework-crap too. you can start here:

How to troubleshoot Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 installation issues in Windows XP or in Windows 2000

should be moved to tech btw

You need the framework to be able to run the PR.exe(?), which is used to get around a couple of game limitations.

Oh and btw, the Osprey is not ingame.

Uninstall all previous versions of the framework. Then start from the beginning. This will only work if you have a legal copy of windows.

Ruined my dream.

I see Osprey's in PR videos alot.
I'll just fly that huey then <:/

By the way, as much as it would be wonderful, why won't you let even a couple of vehicles to Sandbox? I'd like the huey and a supply truck. A couple others would too.

Why move this to Tech? I get hardly any responses there.

Oh shit fuck that massive link up there, I'm not some computer genius, theres no way I can follow that tutorial without cracking at the second part

No it was a definate Osprey, because when they jump out of it as well, you can see as he looks up, it's propellers are upwards, and no plane has it's propellers upwards than Ospreys.

Edit:

Woops, I meant to add that it was in another video as well.
