Default PR/BF2 lacks game controller support

Is there anyone working on get game controllers support so that they will be usable in the futrue for using keys for driving is a pain, plus when in vehicle having to hold down the W key in heli s and planes should not be necessary

Well dont know much about controllers for PC but joysticks have throttle toggles for aircraft, which i guess you could use for cars etc, never tried personally.

I use a joystick for aircraft and vehicles, y axis is my throttle for land vehicles and the throttle is my throttle for aircraft...

btw, fully caps lock titles aren't appreciated.

Perhaps your controller is broken, like the caps lock button on your keyboard?

All caps title is cruising for a warning/infraction...

Anyways: Make sure you have the drivers for your controller, and then you have to manually set everything in the controls, I've done it before.

PROJECT REALITY DOES HAVE GAME CONTROLLER SUPPORT

*ahem*

My Logitech "extreme 3D pro" works a charm, including cruise control for vehicles.

The overall game controller support is somewhat limited but it has nothing to do with Project Reality, it's the BF2 engine's fault.

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GO TO SETTINGS > CONTROLS > VEHICLES AND BIND WHATEVER AXIS/BUTTONS YOU WANT TO WHATEVER FUNCTION YOU DESIRE TO CORRESPOND TO THAT AXIS OR BUTTON. IF THE GAME DOESN'T DETECT THE INPUT FROM YOUR GAME CONTROLLER, THEN THE MOST PROBABLE CAUSE IS THAT YOUR DRIVERS ARE NOT THE LATEST AND NEED TO BE UPDATED.

All caps is fun.
