If someone falls behind it means they were a) a rambo b) a bad player c) not worth saving.
If someone is in that kind of situation i always leave them unless of course im flying and they require CAS. |

I always keep the squad together and moving forward. I try to have each SM perform a specific role when I am SL. Without even just one of those players, the squad could be wiped out. i.e - specialist is down and we need to get over a wall; else we get blown to bits by enemy APC
