Battlefield 1943 Arrives June 15 on the 360 and PS3, September for PC

Can't believe I haven't heard anything about this yet. Apparently, I think it is only going to be one map, but it uses the Frostbite engine. Not sure if it is going to be an independent release on PC or require BF2 or 2142 though. The map looks pretty nice, not sure if it will look like that ingame though.

Its a mini-game

As in you wont find it in shops. On xbox its an "arcade", simular name on the PS3

On pc its a downlaod on EA Downlaoder. It is an indipendant game, does not require 2142 or BF2, and is in my opnion ment to be the same size as Heroes, as it is not in shops.

Looks good, prob buy it, but I expect It will get boring quickly.

No, 24 players and no server browser is for the Xbox/PS3 versions. I expect it to be 64 for the PC, but haven't heard anything yet.

Dice is considering more players for the PC, because it can handle it with better servers and less restrictions.

Well, then lets hope they raise the pc player count (dotn keep your hopes up, its DICE :P)

i thought it would suck because of the 24 player limit.. but if they really increase this to 64 for the pc version it might get interesting - also in terms of mods etc
