We Need Server Files ASAP

Hey Guys, I have requested PR server files for a while now, we have several clans in Australia who have contributed to paying for a server now for over a month and we cant play as we do not have server files,

Can any one assist me, we need them ASAP.

Have you filed an application for a license, or have you just requested it on the forums?
