could possibly be:

WEAPONS: Added head bobbing to numerous weapons (not all of them yet) (chuc)
WEAPONS: Added head bobbing in sprint animations to all weapons (phew) (chuc)

Because the words fit. As it is legible and seems relatively sane then it is very likely this is what it said.

PYTHON: Added code to disable forward outpost spawn if enemies are close. (dbzao)

SOUNDS: Set all shotguns to use the same firing sounds (a mxxxxxxd rxxxxxxxn one)x The new sounds weren't working out. (jaymz)

SOUNDS: Tweaks to shotgun sounds. (jaymz)

PYTHON: Lowered distance between FBs to xxxm from 400m. Also lowere distance of assets from FBs to xxxm from 200m. (dbzao) [guess he missed the last 'd' there, tut tut db. ]

SOUNDS: Lowered volume of oxxxxs zoom in sound (jaymz)
SOUNDS: Tweaked Enfield firing sound (jaymz)

SOUNDS: New Enfield firing sound (jaymz)
SOUNDS: Bounded volume of H-AT x L-AT/RPG firing sounds (jaymz)

Sure I already posted these two:

STATICS: Fixed the taliban cxxxr and added lods and increased the cull distance for a few objects. (rhino)
STATICS: New dual-purpose deployable razorwire from Fox. (jaymz)

ASSETS: Added new lynx textures I just made for Txxxn in .psd format to the repo. (rhino)

PROJECTILES: Increased x.xx[calibre] damage drop off from xxxm->xxxm (jaymz)
