I put 25%, reason why is because (depending on the distance)when you are stationary(in a fixed position/kneeling or prone) You reduce your chances of hitting a moving target by 50% due to your view movement speed from limited movement speed/ability. Then with a scope or optic it limits your chances by another 50% because you tend to move the weapon faster as you try to fix your aim due to the zoom as well as when the weapon recoils it takes generally longer to refix your aim, then you would without. So overall 25%.

Ive never fired a real gun so my answer is irrelevant, nor do I have expierence in the theatre of war. But in my opinion out of 4 accurate scoped bullets fired. 1 should hit.

Bf2 had the G36e, a 3 bullet birst all 3 land in the same spot roughly giving you a high chance of a 2 burst kill. PR is trying to get away from this kind of hit reg im sure. So 75%, the public at this stage's most popular choice is wishful thinking from a shooting players perspective, rather then being shot at.

In my opinion it should be possible to keep a well controlled burst at 50 yards to be about 2 MOA.

Weapons handling in PR was done for balance, not reality. Having realistic weapons handling would resemble having a bunch of laser guns in this game, Especially with the 5.56 weapons. They have a recoil the equivalent of a tap to the shoulder. Semi-auto should be what almost everyone is using, burst would be only reserved for suppressive fire, the mg would be the ultimate infantry pwnz0r weapon, and the weapons would have shaky sway but little recoil.

Leading would take some practice, like using the sights to properly lead.

i put 50%

sometimes i get them, sometimes i don't

i usually get moving targets wit hthe sniper rifle (took out 4 of the 6 in a squad with 5 shots fired.. leader ran off and i think the other guy jumped off the bridge) but with normal rifles i struggle a little bit when they move

hehe u r good in mathematic. hehe
Everything depends on weapon, if u use jdam u kill everyone, for running away enemy i prefer AR couse u made bullet wall in front of running enemy. With sniper i say about 50%, couse if u wait and then he changed the way u must aim again. And also everything depends of Ping. Big ping more distances.
Note. When u shooting running enemy u must wait for him not moving barel in front of him 5 meters. U must predict his movment and wait to come to a distance then bom his down.

5 metres is a bit excessive i think ull fire infront of the target.
