Thats my plan too, just enough to get everyone sure of what they use, who they take/give orders to/from and what their objectives are.

I had 5 people on TS at the start of tonights training.

One or two people told me they could not attend, but I was missing MANY squads, a lot made up of clans. Even the DEV squad did not turn up.

People are, apparently, just not interested enough in this match for it to happen. At least while Im in charge anyway.

So I give up.

If someone else wants to try to get the team together then EEF are still interested.

Unfortunately I have exams though, so I dont have all that much time to spare and I am not about to lead half a team or less who dont even know the rules.

The map will probably find a home on my server, for our own training purposes, so its not going to waste.

Thanks for all the time everyone spent on this, UKForce, the mapper(s), the people that did turn up out of both teams. But I have tried twice and been met with people just not caring to check forums and find out how to kill the C2 easily.

I really hope someone else steps in to take my place and manages to get this team together, it could be the best round any of us have ever played. But I cannot spend time trying to organise a bunch of clans and people who apparently could not care less about this, not when I stand a real chance of being accepted into Cambridge uni if I do well in my coming exams. I really dont have the time when I need to be revising.

TBH, same for a lot of players here, exams are coming soon and we must study study study, so that we win IRL to go to uni. Wish you luck studying Jonny, as for operation pearl, I suggest we try again later during summer when there is more time and also more enthousiasm.
It's a great idea, just needs another go in some time and with another way of being introduced and given to players/clans.

Strong Points: Armed with the knowledge that one uses the enter key to fire with sniper rifles instead of the mouse. Very accurate this way. Getting the sniper is second priority to having fun in a squad though.
