Why the hell are the dates in American format, have you no pride in your country?! Murmph! Humprh! *additional Wiston Churchill like noises*

Euro uses dd/mm/yy so does jamaica because we were once ruled by the english, actually up to 1962.

'62? I knew it was pretty recent but bloody hell, decolonisation was kinda slow and only really started with India in 1947 so it's not that surprising really I guess.

Its logical to me that first is the smallest then the middle and the largest. day ---> month ---> year.
I dont understand what kind of thinking is behind other kind of writing down dates month/day/year... if anyone can explain it to me I would be... wiser  EDIT: its like "Q: whats today? A: 2008 or A: March" |
