3ds max help

does anyone have suggestions of good tutorials on the net for 3ds max? i have v.8 and want to get better . I did the minigun tutorial if any1 knows wut that is and looking for more. I am obviously a beginner. Want to be modeling in the future!

Most tuts are with MAX 8 and show some of the new features for this package
