Sometimes a "realistic" explaination for problem you're encountering is just so stupid its better to admit you're playing a game, even if role-playing is fun.

i start casually, but if its a tw squad i get really into it and may start yelling,"THERE BEHIND US RIGHT BEHIND US RUN!!!!!"

I start by declaring various doomsday scenarios and follow up by firing on car props to "Deny the enemy transportation" with the explanation that it will work, because "I have been assured of this." and then top it off with a "Stay frosty, and FOLLOW MY TRACERS!!!!11one"

I like casual squad members that use VOIP for both gameplay and random stuff :P
For example, when walking a long distance I don't mind my squad talking about random crap, cus it's funny and you get some very ineteresting convos.
But when the crap does hit the fan we get tactical. If i'm squad leading then I will ususally "roleplay"
I guess it comes from me having gone to cadets, but it's Clear and Concise with the right information.
