I don't know anything about game mechanics at all. But what I always thought would be more practical is to allow the taliban commander to pick where to place caches. Since they must defend them and could organize better on defense strategy. (no suprise caches 1/2 way across the map)
Up to maybe 2 or 3 caches at a time placed by the CO. If no CO they would be randomly placed. |
