It simply means

be aware though that sometimes the enemy know where you are because of the UAV

Btw, I've only seen this a few times. Good servers will check over on mumble and kick/ban. Such as, PRTA.

Never really used Mumble yet TBH, but this stuff existed in Counter-Strike, and it's an automatic forfeit for the cheating team...
