[Maps] Bi Ming day time conversion
I decided to give Bi Ming a complete overhaul and convert it into a day map for the next release. Asset changes include the removal of the APCs and some of the transport vehicles. Here are a few screens to show what you can now expect from it:

v. nice. If only some of the air asset based maps had dark skies like that, it looks mint and would help pilots/gunners.
